De instellingenpagina in LesLinq is ontworpen voor beheerders om platformfunctionaliteiten te beheren en aan te passen aan de behoeften van hun organisatie. Deze centrale interface biedt controle over communicatiefuncties, integraties van derden en verzendvoorkeuren.


Basisfuncties in-/uitschakelen

Beheerders kunnen essentiële functies activeren of deactiveren:

  • E-mailfunctie – Maakt communicatie via e-mail mogelijk.
  • SMS-functie – Stelt gebruikers in staat berichten via SMS te versturen.
  • Templatefunctie – Activeert het gebruik van berichtsjablonen.
  • Certificaatfunctie – Ondersteunt workflows gebaseerd op certificering.
  • QR-functie – Maakt interactie via QR-codes mogelijk.
  • Analysetool – Biedt rapportage en inzichten in gebruikersactiviteit


Koppelingen met Externe Diensten (API’s)

LesLinq kan worden geïntegreerd met externe services voor extra functionaliteit:

  • DeepL Vertaling – Biedt automatische vertaling van inhoud (vereist token).
  • ReadSpeaker Tekst-naar-Spraak – Zet tekst om in audio voor betere toegankelijkheid en beleving (vereist token).
  • Power BI & Bouwpas – Kunnen worden geconfigureerd via een API.


Zelfregistratie & Afzenderinstellingen

Beheerders kunnen de URL voor zelfregistratie kopiëren voor eenvoudige onboarding van deelnemers. In het gedeelte voor afzenderinstellingen kunnen namen worden beheerd en standaardwaarden worden ingesteld.


Verzendopties voor Learning Links (LL)

Flexibele verzendopties stellen beheerders in staat te kiezen hoe Learning Links worden verzonden:

  • Via e-mail
  • Via SMS
  • Via e-mail & SMS
  • Via QR-code

Elke verzendmethode kan afzonderlijk worden in- of uitgeschakeld. In de huidige configuratie zijn alle methoden geactiveerd.

The Setting Page in LesLinq is designed for admin users to manage and customize system functionalities according to their organization’s needs. This centralized interface provides control over core communication features, third-party integrations, and delivery settings.


Core Feature Toggles

Admins can enable or disable key platform features:

  • Email Feature – Enables communication via email.
  • SMS Feature – Allows messages to be sent through SMS.
  • Template Feature – Activates the use of message templates.
  • Certification Feature – Supports certification-based workflows.
  • QR Feature – Enables QR code-based interactions.
  • Analytics Feature – Provides data insights and reporting tools.


Third-Party API Integrations

LesLinq integrates with external services to enhance functionality:

  • DeepL Translation – Enables automatic translation of content (Token required).
  • ReadSpeaker Text-to-Speech – Converts text to audio for accessibility and engagement (Token is required).
  • Power BI & Bouwpas – Can be set up with a token key.


Self Enrollment & Sender Configuration

Admins can copy the Self Enrollment URL for easy participant onboarding.The sender list section is intended for managing sender names and setting defaults.


Learning Link (LL) Delivery Options

Flexibele verzendopties stellen beheerders in staat te kiezen hoe Learning Links worden verzonden:

  • By Email
  • By SMS
  • By Email & SMS
  • By QR Code

Each delivery option can be toggled on/off as required. All methods are enabled in the current configuration.
