With the ‘Sites’ functionality, you can link users to specific company locations. This is ideal for organizations with multiple locations. With Sites, you can filter by company location and send a specific instruction to participants from a particular location.

How does the Sites function work?

  • You can create your sites via Settings > Sites.
  • Next, you can link users and participants to one or more sites. This works as follows:

Linking a user to a site

  • Go to the ‘Users’ menu.
  • Click the arrow next to the user. A dropdown menu will then appear.
  • At the bottom of the dropdown menu, you will see ‘Assigned sites’. Here, you can select one or more locations.
  • Click Save to save your changes.

Linking participants to a site

You can link participants to sites in the same way as users, but via the Participants menu..

  • Go to the ‘Participants’ menu.
  • Click the arrow next to the participant. A dropdown menu will then appear.
  • At the bottom of the dropdown menu, you will see ‘Assigned sites’. Here, you can select one or more locations.
  • Click Save to save your changes.

When you register new participants, Site, or location, is now a standard part of the registration process.

Distribution by site

The site structure is also integrated into the distribution page. You can filter distributions by site. A user linked to one site can now only distribute projects to participants from that site.

The site details can also be found in the e-learning report, where you can filter the report by Site.
