QuizLinq Interactieve Group Support

QuizLinq is an interactive and user-friendly way for group leaders, managers, and trainers to connect with participants in real time. With this Kahoot-style feature, you can run live question sessions and quizzes where participants respond instantly using their own devices.

QuizLinq encourages active participation, interaction, and immediate feedback, while also providing insights into learning results. It is ideal for training sessions, education, toolbox meetings, and team meetings.

Hoe werkt QuizLink?

Go to https://app.leslinq.com/ and log in. Then navigate to “Projects” and “My Projects” (1). Create a new project or open an existing one. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the project (2).

Next, a menu will appear. Click on “Share” (3).

You will then be taken to the Share page. In the bottom right corner, you will find the QuizLinq functionality. Enter a name under Share name. Then choose your preferred settings:

  • Whether participants go through the questions at their own pace or the trainer controls the pace
  • Whether the session is anonymous or linked to participants in your account

Question Release Mode

Under “Question Release Mode”, choose one of the following options:

1. Auto Release – participants proceed at their own pace

  • The content is automatically made available to participants
  • Participants complete tasks at their own speed
  • Ideal for self-study or practice modules

2. Trainer Release – trainer controls the flow

  • The trainer determines the pace of the session
  • Each next question or task is unlocked only after all participants have completed the previous one
  • Perfect for classroom or group sessions where everyone follows the same content together

Sharing the project with participants

The group leader or trainer shares the project via a Share Link or QR code (Share QR).

Depending on your choice:

  • Anonymous Participants
  • Enrolled Participants

A unique URL or QR code will be generated.

Participants open the link or scan the QR code, enter their name or the last 4 digits of their phone number, and gain access to the session.

QuizLinq Reports (Reporting & Evaluation)

QuizLinq includes a reporting tool that provides:

  • A list of participants
  • Progress per participant
  • The percentage of correct and incorrect answers

This is useful for evaluations, debriefs, and tracking learning outcomes.

Navigate to “Reports” → “QuizLinq” in the menu.

1. Auto Release reporting

When using Auto Release, participants complete the session in their own time. The trainer can:

  • View the list of participants (and remove participants if needed)
  • Monitor progress per participant
  • View the percentage of correct/incorrect answers and total score

Access via:
Reports → QuizLinq → select the project under Project Name

2. Trainer Release reporting (real-time session)

During a live session, the trainer can:

  • View the participant list (and remove participants if needed)
  • Control the session by releasing questions
  • Monitor real-time progress for each question
  • End the live session

After the session, the trainer can:

  • View the percentage of correct/incorrect answers
  • View the total score

Releasing questions

After sharing the link or QR code, the trainer can release questions to control the pace of the session.

This can be done via:
Reports → QuizLinq → select the project under Project Name

Completing the session

For both Auto Release and Trainer Release:

  • Once participants complete the session, the trainer can mark it as completed
  • After completion, the shared link or QR code is automatically deactivated

Exporting reports

QuizLinq offers advanced reporting options. Trainers can:

  • Export summary reports to Excel
  • Export detailed reports to PDF
