Courses

With the Courses feature, you can link multiple e-learnings and microlearnings together into one cohesive learning path. Perfect for extensive onboarding or step-by-step safety training.

What can you do with it?

• Link multiple projects into one complete learning path
• Set up different follow-up paths based on achieved scores
• Automatically redirect participants to the next part
• Issue a certificate upon completion of the full learning path

How do you create a Course?

• Go to the menu item ‘Course’ > ‘Course Management’.
• Click ‘Create New Course’ and enter the basic details. Here, you can also choose whether or not the participant receives a certificate at the end of the course. Click ‘Create’ to save the details.
  

• Now right-click on your course. You will see ‘Projects’ and ‘Participants’ appear.

• When you click ‘Projects’, you will see an overview of all the projects you have created. Select the courses you want to add to your Course and click ‘Add’.
• Indicate which project you want the series to start with and which project you want it to end with. In between, you can add as many projects as you like. For each project, you can decide which follow-up project should come next depending on whether or not the participant achieves the minimum score. This allows you to create beautiful e-learnings with learning paths.
• To add participants, click ‘Participants’ and select the desired participants.

Practical example:

A complete VCA training consisting of basic safety → working at height → PPE → final test. If a participant scores too low on a section, they automatically receive additional practice material.
