Now we’d like to guide you through the process for creating effective e-learning programs using a model: the ADDIE model. This model has withstood the test of time and is one of the most used models by Instructional Designers. The acronym ADDIE is made of the words Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. The steps are not strictly linear as they are used interactively and dynamic.<\/p>\n
